I just thought I'd start a thread that we can contribute to whenever a match takes place, that will stay at the top of the list all season. Last night (19 Jan) we beat Hartlepool 2 - 1 at The Valley. It was important to win our game in hand over Norwich and keep some pressure on them. Goal difference is the only thing between us now. If they slip up, we have to pounce Leeds can't afford to take their foot off the pedal either. If they get distracted by the FA Cup, we could take advantage of that. At present, it is a three horse race for the top two spots. If we keep winning we will stop anybody else coming into the equation and put Norwich and Leeds under pressure. Perhaps getting knocked out of the cup in the first round was a blessing in disguise after all. .
Would be interesting if Millwall and Charlton played in a playoff match! I'm obviously rooting for a top 2 finish.
