What are your guys thoughts on this game? I was happy with the win against Jordan but it wasn't convincing. I feel like tomorrow will end up bad.
Well it's just a friendly and South Korea aren't in their best form. I think Australia and Japan are stronger at this point, so I think it will be a close game. Maybe a narrow 1-0 win for either side. Hopefully a convincing performance from Iraq. Faez, Brwa and Sulaka joined the NT camp.
Jordan friendly wasn't about the performance for me. It wasn't convincing, but I think the only thing that really mattered for that game was for the game to be well hosted in Basra. This will be the first real test for Basim Qasim, and credit to him, he did bring back brwa and rebin will be in the squad. I expect something like a 1-0 or 2-0 loss tbh. We have been very poor for a long time now and I don't think Basim Qasim will change that in 2 weeks.
Let's see if he's going to field the best players. Hopefully he won't make the same mistakes Radhi did.
Well at the end of the day it's just a friendly.. At least we are going into the Japan game with confidence. Happy to see Brwa in the team, Sulaka was also good and second half was much better.
