    Yeah, I was just saying that there's always a bit of a delay and it varies depending on the precise circumstances.

    Unless there is excessive celebration warranting a caution or some other issue following the scoring of a goal, very little, if any, time should be added.
    This is akin to the amount of time it takes for each goal kick during a contest. Time a few and see for yourself.
    From the time that the ball goes out to the restart is considered part of normal playing time. Some restarts occur quicker and some slower, but no one adds time for each goal kick. It would only be done if a team is deliberately delaying and then a caution should be issued.
