Bleh. That seems to pretty much a call only made against an attacker. Nothing unnatural there, but not a call anyone really cares about.

 

No way thats called on a defender.

 

Much easier to ref when the players don't make an aggressive protest of every call isn't it?

Exactly. Maybe the pendulum swung too far back in the other direction after some ARs were keeping the flag down on super obvious offside calls.
