6': Might as well just remove FRD from law 12 completely.

That's one way to get out of giving a crap caution for FRD.

Being very clear with the infractions committed early. Players seem comfortable with him. For now

Hardly. But it was a call with no downside I guess.

I only saw it once so I might be wrong, but wasn't he falling backward and trying to get his balance? If so, that seems like a reasonable arm position.

Did Kuipers just give a foul and morph it into advantage?

Bleh. That seems to pretty much a call only made against an attacker. Nothing unnatural there, but not a call anyone really cares about.

Much easier to ref when the players don't make an aggressive protest of every call isn't it?

25”. Looks like bad offside call against Sweden. He was on his own half when ball was played

Looked like a bad offside call. Especially with the halfway line to help, that's pretty bad.

And where was the slow flag on a close call?

Wonder how much they're going to get dinged for that offside call.

Maybe waiting for the teams to finish their warmups. So far this looks a lot like English vegetables taste

Exactly. Maybe the pendulum swung too far back in the other direction after some ARs were keeping the flag down on super obvious offside calls.
