Yes, the foul is on Mexico. Mexican player has launched himself, way early too. Dutch player is not under cutting him, just trying his best to stay out of the way, limit the impact.

Looked like it was a foul to me live, but it appeared the AR must've said something over the headsets, referee hesitated, then dropped the whistle and motioned to play on.
A bit of a wobbly start for proenca. Hope this one doesn't get away from him. I'd guess this game will get rougher as Netherlands gets tireder.
Wow, I hope that missed penalty call doesn't end up deciding this match. Maybe Robbben's proclivity as a diver caused Proenca to dismiss it but that was the wrong decision.
