My view as a USA fan was advantage wasted. Possession maintained, moving forward, pass to Dempsey which was blown, if he blew that whistle USA would have screamed. Dempsey saw the missed pass and stopped playing. As for the game itself it sure seemed cards were being held close, jones and sweinstagger both easily earned cards, but in a game that was essentially meaningless cards were rare. Also I thought USA worked their butt off, except Dempsey, he was walking around, so 10 of 11 worked hard
