Alderweireld? Yea he got lucky. Had a re-watch of the Swedish no-goal. It was close for the offside but I don't think it would (or should) have been called, part of Ibrahimovics arm was offside but no offence IMO.
I think probably a case of dangerous play by the defender for having his head that low, as much as the high foot by the attacker. But referees generally err on the side of high foot rather than low head, which makes sense from the standpoint that we're trying to protect player safety at all costs.
