What, us giving up a penalty and Sanchez happened to get his hand hit? Yeah it was stupid but it's still all down to bad luck because of a small mistake that we made. Hell we dominated the game for the rest of the first half but couldn't do anything in the second. Don't act like they would have defeated us if we were a full squad.
The type of shit you see only in FIFA...when it's not ********ing you over with scripting and momentum...
Yeah, cuz that's what happened... Just like Suarez back in 2010. I'm done. Some of you South American fans are just the worst. Goodbye.
The 12 percent that do advance are top teams that mess up. The rest are often the Saudi Arabia’s of the world.
Well deserved victory for Colombia - congrats. James' pass on the third, oh my. Hopefully none of the players are hurt too bad and can go further here Poland no where near this level - erratic, poor passing, poor under pressure. Same old Poland, not good enough for the big stage
While Colombia looked very good against Poland, some of it had to do with how poorly Poland played. I saw them unable to capitalize on mistakes that gave them an easy chance to create goal scoring chances, fumbling the ball at the wrong times, while their script seemed to consist only of trying to get the ball somehow to Lewandowski. They didn't seem to have any other game plan.
To be fair it almost worked. Lewandowski should have had a penalty just before Colombia went 2:0 up and only Ospina's miracle save prevented a consolation goal. But the rest of the team... Did OK in the first half, Colombia barely had a sniff on goal, but what the hell happened to Poland in the second half?
You were insufferable last world cup when colombia beat ivory coast. Honestly im confident against senegal, but by no means would I be surprised if Colombia loses. However, if Colombia wins I hope you dont come out talking about how senegal just needed a draw and begin making excuses.
It would be really pathetic If Poland leaves the tournament without any points especially as a seeded team. Japan has a difficult task against Poland. It's sometimes not easy to play eliminated teams. Poland has shown in their history that they can get their act together in the third game when pressure is off. I don't expect Japan to win. Calling it already.
That could be the case, but given how poorly the players have played... What can the coach do differently? Glik should be back, but the issue was in midfield. Zielinski has been very dissapointing.
They still could I think? A draw and Japan loss has Japan and Colombia tied on four point with Colombia at +2 GD and japan no more than +1 I think
I really want to see England vs Colombia in the round of 16. I think that would tell us how good this England side really is.
