    I live close to Harrison. Next time there's a game at Red Bull Stadium or the new Meadowlands with Chilean players let me know. We could meet up.

    I haven't been to a game since last summer's USA v. Mexico final at Giant's Stadium for the Gold Cup.
    I took my gf at the time & it was a big mistake. It was her first game and she liked it, but every time Mexico scored, the Mexican fans from the upper levels were throwing bottles, cups, etc to the people at the bottom. I decided to leave once this older guy with glasses was smacked in the head.

    Sporting won in Denmark 0-1 vs. FC Nordsjaelland in the 3rd quali. of the Europa league. Neither Chilean started, and only Valdes came in late in the 2nd half. A dominating game by the Luso team that turned monotonous and sleepy in the 2nd half

    Any impressions from Valdés these first few weeks he's been with Sporting? I really thought he played well during those friendlies here in the 'States.

    I watched all 3 games and can say that I'm glad he's a Sporting player.

    Valdes was a bit off today, tried too hard and was a bit too selfish. Sporting dropped off in the 2nd half and was under pressure for it. Matias didn't bring anything new to turn the game around, and in fact the visitors equalized soon after . Maniche, scored in overtime in a counter-attack.

    I figured as much. It was a home game for Sporting too so this was a very bad result.

    indeed it was. Matias has not been able to be the #10 that Sporting needs. Valdes looks like he's too green still to play to his potential.

    Vi parte del partido y efectivamente fue uno de los mejores del partido, ojala siga asi. Tmbien hay que darle prensa a Valdes haha tmbien hizo lo suyo.
