Since Frankfurt will face either Bayern or Dortmund and both of them will be in the CL next year that means Frankfurt will be in the Europa League, correct?
Dortmund is 3rd after Red Bull Leipzig. Even if they have an unlikely collapse they will still at worst be in a Europa League spot.
If they win the cup they go to Europa league, but if they don't i believe they'll need to be 7th place
We are on the final! Berlin, here we goooooo! #TeamWork @DFB_Pokal @Eintracht #DFBCup pic.twitter.com/MkMUzJWviF— Marco Fabián (@MarcoFabian_10) April 26, 2017
i mean he did things at chivas that were just... amazing. The goals against barca and that goal in the libertadores finale were top drawer I think he was just bored because he wasn't being challenged enough so happy for him that's he's doing big things in Europe
No. It doesn't automatically grant them a berth to Europa League. They still have to finish in 7th place at least. If they win the Pokal, then yes. They're automatically qualified for the EL...
Berlin awaits the Mighty Black Eagles who have ascended thanks to Jhonfai, the war hero. That's what his second name means. It's Chinese...
Well won't you look at that... BVB defeated Bayern and will be playing the DFB Pokal final against Frankfurt... It will be the first time BVB and Frankfurt will be playing against each other in a Cup final... JAAAAAAAAA! Formidable though Dortmund can be, they're still a much more beatable opponent, in my view. Good luck to Marco and Co.
Frankfurt already defeated them at home. At the Westfalen, Frankfurt proved to be a resilient opponent also. They reacted quickly with Fabián's equalizer. Too bad they were pressing too high and that made it easy for BVB to finish them on the counter. As crazy at it may seem, Frankfurt have a better defense than BVB, statistically speaking... Evidently, the problem is Frankfurt struggle to score goals without Meier. Fortunately, Fabián has taken the responsibility. BVB can score goals for days... I think it will be quite even...
Not only Fabián but the rest of the players... Fabián can't do everything on his own. I hope they all come out inspired during the final.
I think they will. Dortmund will come with overconfidence after beating Bayern. Frankfurt needs to approvech.
