Looked like the far superior team all game long, but geez was that a soft penalty. It was looking for all the world like a scoreless draw until then. I actually felt bad for Darmstadt. They got screwed. But we again saw how much Marco adds to Frankfurt's game. They just don't look very creative without him on the pitch.
All(!) direct opponents lost their matches this weekend so Eintracht is still ahead of the pack on 3rd.
So anything new regarding Fabian's injury? Last I heard he was going to get checked out by Real Madrid's medical staff
Yeah they can't find whats wrong with his back. Last I heard he had some type of disk issues in his back.
Supposed to return to training this week. They really need him back. Eintracht went from 3rd to 5th this past weekend.
They're playing Hertha this weekend. From what I had heard, they hope to have him back by then. And, boy, do they need him.
Good news: Marco's training again and looks to be on track to a return soon. Bad news: That return is not as soon as some of us had hoped; Kovac says he hopes to have him back by the end of the international break.
He could be resuming activities in 2 weeks... Adelanto exclusivo de la nota que verán en @FOXSportsMX con @MarcoFabian_10: se fue el dolor, volvería en 2 semanas. No viajará a México— Ezequiel Daray (@EzequielDaray) March 5, 2017
They need him. Frankfurt was the victim of some very questionable calls on the part of the officiating crew today, but, in any case, ended up with yet another loss. Marco's absence has coincided with what has been by far Frankfurt's worst stretch this season.
