Both Fabián and Salcedo are now in Florida for winter training. They will also participate in the Florida Cup where Eintracht will face São Paulo (Jan. 10) and Flamengo (Jan. 12).

Not sure how to read the presence of Fabián on this Florida vacation. Is it just to attract Mexican fans to the two exhibition games Eintracht will play in the U.S.? Are they trying to showcase him for potential MMLS teams? Are they seriously considering him for the first team for what remains of the Bundesliga?

The announcers (the game was on TV) were speculating that it might have been Fabián's last game in an Eintracht uniform. But who knows?
