The UK HMRC have succeeded in getting Mandaric into court next month on tax evasion charges. This appears to be when he was Chairman at Portsmouth. Breaking news here is Harry Redknapp has also been requested to appear in court as well. Both protest there innocent but obviously the Metropolitan Police and HMRC reckon they have a case to answer. The implications for Leicester City could be dire if Mandaric is found guilty.
Latest news is that the "legal boys" went to Court last week and asked for more time. The case will now come up in May. I guess this will combine with the close season but we're still not out of the woods yet!!
