Apparently Van Gaal likes to negatively motivate players which doesn't work for a guy like Falcao. You'd be hard pressed to prove he's gotten the most out of Falcao and DiMaria this season.
Falcao should never have been loaned (Felt like a PR move the whole way) and as for Di Maria well he was one of my favorite players regardless of who he played for before United and it kills me that it's not clicking for him. Anyway whatever method Van Gaal is using he has resurrected a number of players from the dead.
The whole Di Maria thing is very frustrating. Falcao just seems like he never fit in, but Di Maria can be so good but it's just eluding him with LVG for whatever reason.
