    Have at it thar lads...

    I think Jurgen will go
    Karius
    TAA Lovgren Virgil Robertson
    ...Can Henderson (if fit) Oxlade
    Salah Firmino Mane

    score 1-4 (zaq's predict)

look at this nonsense from Lawrenson

You occasionally get a high-scoring game when these two meet - I remember Liverpool winning 4-1 at Old Trafford in 2009 when Fernando Torres gave Nemanja Vidic the run-around.

But I don't think we will see anything like that on Saturday, because there is very little between the two teams.

I think we are looking at a 1-1 draw and that is a result they would both take too.

Yes, it means that they both drop points and the teams outside the top four can close the gap, but they both have a bit of a cushion between them and Chelsea in fifth place.

    Lawro's prediction: 1-1

I can imagine it being a draw, but (if so) it MOST CERTAINLY WON'T be because of the supposed because above...

    Man Utd v Liverpool 10th March 2018 ⚽

This may be of interest to someone. A friend of mine has two tickets in a corporate box for Man Utd v Liverpool 10th March He paid £300 each, but he didn't realise when he bought them months ago that it was going to be the same day as his wedding. If you are interested, he is looking for someone to take his place.

It's at Prescot Registry Office, at 2pm The bride's name is Nicola -- she's 5'4", about 8 stone, quite pretty, has her own income and is a really good cook.

Ya no. Jose got his tit in the wringer last time he played us from behind the bus. I know he couldn't care less about what others think, to a point. But I think his ego won't let him sit back for this one.
    Look for the early attacks.

Yeah - they'll come out fast - (they might not be as dirty as when Rooney, Scholes and Neville were in the side), but I expect them to try to get a goal in the first 10-15 minutes...then, whether they get one or not, they will pull back into their 10-behind-the-ball "JoMo Bus" tactics, where they will defend, waste time and look to spring a counter...

If we get one early - which would be great! - the game will open up until they score - at which point they will go directly to the "JoMo Bus" - they will then play for a draw or a late winner...

So, as is typical for LFC - it is important to SCORE EARLY AND SCORE OFTEN...this will produce a much more open game, and essentially take ManU out of their element.

    1-3 to the Reds!

A real key is containing Sanchez tomorrow as - despite his current poor form - he always plays well against us.

I'm not worried about Lukaku - VvD is going to destroy him.

Man, I really want these three points. A good old fashioned hiding would do me a world of good...

    Come on you Reds!

Interesting line up. Need to stop gifting possessions cheaply, create and the take our chances.

    3 points, pretty please!

Henderson on the bench. Milner starts with Ox and Can.

Everything else is what is expected.

Which is interesting. As lazy as he is - he’s still a very good player.

They’ve put a forward line of Rashford, Lukaku, Sanchez with Mata in the midfield.

That’s still not a bad lineup.

This match is so hard to predict and there isn't another fixture that gets me this anxious. A win would be utopia, a loss would ruin my week.

I haven't felt this good going into this fixture in 4 years. I hope they reward my feeling. Just win.
