Bummer to hear that about Hendo... It's my birthday on Sunday...I'd very much like a win over City...and again, I don't really even care if it's ugly...
from Wikipedia SI prefix As of 2010, an online petition, created by Yreka's Austin Sendek, seeks to establish "hella-" as the SI prefix for 1027.[16] The prefix, which has since appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, Daily Telegraph, and Wired, was implemented by Google in May 2010.[17][18][19] On May 31, 2011, Wolfram Alpha also implemented "hella-" as a supported prefix.[20]
According to the banner I just saw on the site, the forums will be out of commission for an upgrade starting at 8 AM on Sunday. Yes, that would be 8 AM Sunday smack dab in the middle of our match vs citeh...
From the Burnley thread SZ has a report today on the Monaco - shitty game and they state the reason shitty lost is Pep's football is "too sophisticated for the English" http://www.sueddeutsche.de/sport/champions-league-nacht-des-schreckens-fuer-guardiola-1.3422291
Yeah, not literal English but the players who spent their entire careers in England or went through tactical education in youth there. Sagna, Clichy and co
nice dodge, complete shit tho, city went out 6-6 to a very refreshing gungho team, if pep had used some english brains and gone full defence they wouldn't have gone in 2-0 down at half time. There was nothing tactical about how monaco played they threw 90mins of football in the first 30 But pep has only one way of playing, and he's over rated too.
So you're saying it is a complete fluke how Shitty have performed in CL considering their financial resources? Losing to some backwater like Monaco they should be dominating easily and not go out on away goals? yap, mate
We need to be on our A-game for this again and go to the international break on a high. We've been going into them on a low this season.
i dont think pep has his team at all yet, and monaco are in fantastic form. next season we will see peps team but hes still not a great coach.
So Pep has a team full of internationals, most of whom were bought for crazy money, and he can't figure out how to not ship 6 goals in two games. Now look at what Conte has done with a similar team. And I doubt he can create a great team. His success has come from coaching teams already great. Citeh was a team of potential and he hasn't done well. That said they will be out to show something against us. Out of Europe they will know that many of them will see the door in the summer. Playing to stay on the gravy train. Same team as Burnley except Hard Bobby leading the line rather than Origi
No! I think what is said Citeh is underperforming based on the money spent and the reputation of the manager. Deserved "or not". If he can't bring his team on to play and beat these inferior teams of English shopkeepers while bring said team into playing the tactics he demands. Then he needs to rethink. Perhaps he needs to put some practice time into defense. Different thinking I Know.
