There's no one in the midfield that wants anything to do with carrying the ball. Could see Guen there just dying to get rid of it but there's no one .

If only the Gunners had a nifty midfielder, good on the ball, who could dribble and pass through a press. Perhaps an accomplished, world class player who had experience doing just that on the biggest stages...

It’s a lack of composure from our midfielders and defenders. I lost count of how many times we could simply trap the ball but instead the player just kicks/heads it to the other team or plays a rushed pass.

The players just need to calm down, and I think our play will get better.

He’s my favorite player on the team. He has composure that many of these players lack.

Team has faded a little bit in the last five minutes: look a little tired

Dreaded that . . . conceding just before half.

Well executed goal. Sometimes, you have to just acknowledge the quality.

Not sure Licht did too much wrong - the rest of the back line was stagnant and that was a peach of a chip by Gundugan.

A lot of passes that lead to goals seem to go just passed Koscielny

    Take off Koscielny

    Lich-Mustafi-Monreal-Kola
    Torreira-Guend
    Iwobi-Ozil/Ramsey/Suarez-Auba
    Laca

Need some kind of foot hold in midfield

Seriously, what is mustafi doing? He wasn’t down injured or anything.

Honesty, we’ve done better than I’d expect so don’t get the negativity. They had a brilliant move for their second and we had an error to gift them their first.

I am so tired of him. I don’t understand how people pay him to play.

He maybe was a statdna signing and that the kind of brain fart that doesn’t show up in the stats and coaches think they can coach out of him is the only explanation I can think of.

We need creative subs. Emery seems to have forgotten that we need two goals to win this game. At least give us a shot.

Yet another example of why the handball rule is fundamentally broken.

Been away for church today so just now tuning in. Can't say I'm surprised but I'm not down about it, given the respective states of each club. Here's to hoping the lads at least finish strong.
