Couldn't figure where to put this so made it its own thread. I'm hearing 3 or 4 games for Cristian Maidana's suspension. Source told me it would probably be 3, doesn't see it being a lengthy ban— Kevin Kinkead (@Kevin_Kinkead) September 1, 2015
Yea usually something like this will only be 1 sometimes 2 games. Looks like the league is trying to crack down on bad behavior and Chaco is being used as an example.
And if you're going to start a strict precedent...do it against the team whose fans have already given up on the season.
Its disgusting and I like Chaco. If he receives a 3 match ban I wouldn't be mad. Lets be real, vice versa we would all be calling for the other team's head if they spit on Noguiera
Being pissed at someone and fining/suspending them are two separate things. Precedent is one game, so I'd call for one game. Why is it all of the sudden three games? Maidana is a stupid twat. Suspend him for one game.
Is this still something that is being determined? He's not listed on the disciplinary report that was updated yesterday. At the very least he is getting 1 game for the red, but they don't even show that.
Two games total. One for the Red Card, and one additional from the DISCO plus an undisclosed fine. Kinda sucks. Chaco plays his best against other Argentine's............particularly Higuain at PPL..... Of course it could have been much longer. Luckily it sounds like cooler/leveler heads prevailed/intervened.
