So how does this guy rate when compared with the current assist machine we have, other than being at the WC.

Seems sorta oafish but I need to enter into the Simon account that he went on to magically set a record.

for continuous minutes played for a prem team after signing from MLS.

450 plus/ 5 games for Fulham, first available starts {after three months layoff}.
HE signed, started in the first available match and 4 after. FFC were that depleted!
And he didnt do badly. But he didnt 'improve' either, all downhill from there.

Name anyone else you believe will do that. Till Landon signs, anyway.

    -giggle-
Simon was so modest we had to look at hilites vid's to see his good plays.

He's started every match for Unattached FC since he's been there.

Screw Magic Simon, let's talk more about that great Vazquez/Szetela central mid pairing.

    I hear they're available again...just saying.

But you need some speed for late game against worn out defenders. Jacob Thomas anyone?

The prototype for the Robbie Rogers model...

    or, for the biblical crowd.

"Brian West, who begat Jacob Thomas who begat Robbie Rogers,..."

For some odd reason I always recall the "Stone Cold" nickname and cannot recall "Jacob Thomas." The nickname was more memorable than the player, I suppose.

Elliott had another fine game. He'll surely get a club if he wants after the cup.

Geez.. I was hoping there was news of him catching on with some club.
I'm NOT convinced he's a good option for us, though.

I didn't actually watch much of the New Zealand matches, but he looked good in the minutes I did see.
