So the latest news is that Les Ferdinand is going to be QPR's Director of Operations and Football Development focusing on the academy. That comes on top of Kevin Gallen being brought in to work with the youngsters. Old players don't always wok out, but they do bring heart. Both Les and Gallen are certainly "right sort". King Kev showed deep loyalty for the club and scored a ton. Sir Les came up through the non-professional ranks, etc, will give Charlie a role model to aspire to. Its gotta be good news, right?
