Slowly but surely. His club's no.1 and destined to be promoted. So, eventually he will get some more chances probably when the regulars need rest or once promotion is assured.
He's a loan though. He won't be there next year. More than having the club ensure promotion, he needs minutes in important games to attract attention from other clubs (hopefully Serie B at least) to move there next season. The risk of playing in games that don't matter is that the other guys may be in autopilot by then.
