Based on nothing at all but what I like to call good horse sense, one would think that a healthy and motivated Silva does well in this league.

As is often the case with Northern European teams, FC Honka has some YA history. I believe Greg Garza had a trial there, and who could forget Abel Gebor?

    There's probably more.

In fact, according to FC Honka's Wikipedia, he's not even the only American on the roster. Former Revolution roster member Tim Murray looks to be the starting keeper.

Silva went the distance and converted a penalty as currently second place FC Honka fell at home to KuPS 2-1 yesterday.

The disaster that the USMNT is currently, they really missed the boat with never tapping Luis Silva to play on the National team. His play is perfect for what they need. I throw my shoe at the TV every time I see Jordan Morris sprint as fast as he can toward the goal only to miss the ball. He's like a fast wide receiver in football who can't catch the ball. We need guys like Silva up top with Pulisic. WOW, what a combo that would be. The control, patience and technical ability. Flush, the vets off the USMNT a give someone else a chance for god's sake.
