    Klopp's pregame interview today

What's the key to your successful record against Thomas Tuchel?
"If there's a secret, then let's keep it a secret. But there isn't! I don't know. With records it's hard to explain them. He's an outstanding coach. I thought it was a smart decision of PSG to sign Thomas Tuchel."

Who is the biggest threat and what can you do to counter them?
"I cannot decide, even if I thought 24 hours about it."

What has Alisson's impact on Liverpool defence been given his mistake at Leicester?
"Very big, big impact. I'm fine. Everything is good. Nothing to moan about."

How do you prepare for Neymar's diving?
"I don't follow things like that. When I saw a few games at the World Cup, when it looked like he made more of a situation than it seemed, for me I understand as players were going for him.
"[But] He doesn't have to worry [against us]. We won't go him. We don't try to act in this way. We want to play football. It's impossible to avoid his quality. He's an outstanding player."

Is it advantage to start the first game at home and would you consider as favorites for tomorrow's game?
"Winning the first game is always an advantage...[But] Paris is one of the favourites for the tournament. But that's not important. I don't want to play mind games. Everyone knows the quality of this team. They have unbelievable quality. It will be an interesting game for sure. The players they have, the manager they have, they all brought it together to go as far as possible in the Champions League.
"If we want to win a game, we don't need to be the outsider. We just have to want to win the game. We play at Anfield. It can be an advantage and we want to use that. We can use any help we can get!"

Is Daniel Sturridge ready to make a start if Firmino is not an option?
"He will be ready. If we are short of options, he will be ready. But there's no issue with the first line-up."

Will the high workload have an impact on Liverpool last season?
"There was no impact [last year]. We did not have a problem because of the number of games we played. The group stage had no real impact. We used last year [in terms of the high number of games] to improve that a lot."

    Will Firmino be fit?
No, not definitely. If the game was today, no chance. But tomorrow there's a chance. We were all shocked [after the game]. When we made at contact at the hospital it was a relief. He will be fine but we don't know exactly when. We will see how it develops."

WTF???? no CL games on TV in Canada this season? or the next 2 seasons???????

    https://www.forbes.com/sites/bobbym...-and-europa-leagues-next-season/#5ff7dbd25472

Streaming service DAZN has pulled off a major coup by securing the exclusive broadcast rights in Canada for the Champions League, the Europa League, and the UEFA Super Cup.

The deal covers three seasons and starts with 2018/19. The rights are presently jointly held by TSN and BeIN Sports Canada. The joint arrangement covered three seasons and started in August 2015. DAZN broadcast some Champions League and Europa League matches during this season through an arrangement with BeIN Sports Canada.

Starting in August, DAZN will exclusively stream all 138 UEFA Champions League and 205 UEFA Europa League matches throughout the 2018/19 season, including the Super Cup.

I pay for a premium sports channel now (SportsnetWorld). That gives me Prem games. CL games were on there also, along with another (free) channel TSN).

it's not just the cost though - streaming games is a totally shit experience!

Screw all of the money grabbers. Where were they when we couldn't get coverage.
I'll be happy this season while Univision and Gala are doing the CL. I dont speak Spanish but then Fox and others dont speak football. I won't pay more than regular TV rates and be held to ransome by these money grubbing richest companies in the world.

My problem is that it isn't straightforward to DVR something that is streamed. Working during the day prevents me from watching the games live, so I avoid media before I watch the game. If I have to go to the PC to finally stream/watch the game, it becomes a pain in the a$$ to avoid the outcome.

Do you stream anything through your TV? Netflix etc? Its pretty much the same thing. All you need is a Roku, Chromecast or appleTV.

I have a bunch of Roku express' (https://www.roku.com/products/roku-express) on TV I didn't want to run cable to and they work just fine as long as you have decent wifi. $30.

Bobby didn't train today. Will be a late fitness test tomorrow morning.

So either Sturridge comes in or Shaqiri and move Mo or Mane through the middle.

Where do you see that option?

    I only see:

    $20 per month; or
    $150 for a year

(both options come with one month free)

Carraghers is great, and it’s walking distance from Penn Station. You might want to make a reservation or get there early because everytime I’ve been there it was packed.
