I liked Klopp's description of Bobby a little while back: "The most under-rated player in world football".
I wouldn't be surprised. One of those guys, you could probably put him at CB (which would be a huge waste) or DM and he'd play well.
Much better than Chelsea at home like last season. I would say okay the kids, but I think we will find there isn’t much room for kids. We can change the entire team and go with something like this: Adrian, Hoever, Gomez, Lovren, Larouci, Lallana, Milner, Ox, Shaq, Brewster, Origi. That’s a pretty strong team made up of mostly first team players.
But Klopp wouldn’t leave out one of his main guys who didn’t start at the weekend. This is why it will be tough for the kids to get games even in the League Cup.
Playing both of them sort of defeats the purpose of having a deep CM along with an "easy" domestic cup opponent. If it were a tougher side they were facing I might get it... But maybe you're right, he certainly could play both. I prefer to see the talented youth get some minutes, and where else but here.
Against Arsenal it was Kelleher who was on the bench. If he were to change the goalkeeper, it might be the young kid that he gives the game.

according to these stats, our throw-in coach is earning his salary. who knew? https://www.thisisanfield.com/2019/...-liverpools-throw-in-coach-thomas-gronnemark/ Liverpool are now “statistically speaking, Europe’s second-best team at throw-ins.” “Liverpool retained possession from throws under pressure 68.4 percent of the time last season, with only two-time Danish champions FC Midtjylland (70.2%) ahead of them,” he explained. “It’s no coincidence, of course, that both clubs have the same dedicated throw-in coach, Thomas Gronnemark.”

"Where are we supposed to get changed for the games against Sampdoria and Liverpool? I'm shocked at the incompetence of the people in charge of the work."
