Of course we'll win but I'm always nervous with this one. Jose' isn't afraid to park the bus, even at the skip. We! start strong but we have to get through the 10 man traffic in the box. They! finish strong so we reallyl have to take our chances when they come. Look out for Cashly Cole using his hands to push players off the ball. TAA better play hard. Look out for Smalling climbing over peoples backs holding them down as he heads. Look out for DeGea just because he's there!!! Score early, score first, score often.
Can't remember the last time we had a good performance against Manure (Europa a few years ago?). We owe them a 2014 style ass kicking at the Skip but I'll take an ugly 1-0. Just win, baby.
Agreed - Just win Baby - a 4-0 smashing would be awesome, but a 2-1 nailbighter is more likely...Let's just see how much energy we can exact on them! They will come out blazing and kicking anything in white (please don't wear the orange traffic cop kit) that moves for the first 10-15 minutes...then retreat to ten behind the ball and try to capitalize on the counter...expect a lot of time wasting, complaining, diving and pushing from the home side... This one really doesn't matter for top four, but is HUGE for pride. JoMo know a draw is fine with them - don't expect much more.
I disagree on only one thing: this game does matter for top four. Every game matters for top four. Every point earned here is a point that doesn't need to be earned down the road, and every team we can put between ourselves and Chelsea makes our lives that much easier going forward. This is going to be an ugly, unpleasant game. I hate going up against Mourinho-coached teams.
it's more mental... the opponents constantly wonder what in the world Liverpool is doing wearing that ridiculous kit. it's a brilliant strategy, but i think it isn't good for kit sales
