Not really. I don't know what he could have done about the 2nd goal. He also provided Origi's assist. And he saved a goal that led to us getting to 4-1.

If you want to blame anyone blame Trent for not closing the cross. He should know Digne is excellent at it.

Agreed. We probably need a 5th goal.

I'd bring on someone for ball retention. Firmino for Shaq around 60 mins?

    Henderson for Lallana?

The four goals we scored were things of beauty but the ones we conceded were as ugly as sin. Fcuk.

I'm not watching the game as I had an important in work lunch today, but this is the kind of game where you expect craziness. We must be well on top though....

    Just win this thing.

I'd rather win every game 3-1 or 3-2 than 1-0

The fact we even have to say that in the VvD era makes me sick. Yeah, I realize that Lovren and Adrian aren't 1st choice but come on. 4 goals against the Ev, at home no less, should be enough for 3 pts any day.

The cross came in from Bernard right?..He misjudged the flight thinking he can hook it away and was clumsily caught out...not entirely on him but he wasn't stellar either.

Milner and Wijnaldum have been poor in midfield but Lovrén has been just as culpable for the goals. He really believes the hype, doesn’t he?

    Collectively sh1t at the back.

I think Lovren has been pretty good. Both goals against should not have gotten to that point.
Was a bit clumsy on the 1st by him, but covering the near post on the 2nd and leaving 2 other back line members and the entire midfield to deal with 2 attackers in the box isn't unreasonable... not to mention Trent's awareness on the play.

    The two changes I said.

Henderson and Firmino on. Lallana and Origi off.
