    Game #8
    12:30 Local Kickoff
7:30 for us East Coast Yanks.

    [IMG] vs [IMG]

A win sees us move into 3rd and only four points behind the scum.
Let's do them - we owe them after their bunker performance last year.

    3-2 to the good.
    Bobby (31)
    Lukaku (42)
    Rashford (51)
    Cout (65)
    Wijnaldum (87)

very nervous about this one. Lukaku might well bully the crap out of our CB/s, the form he's in.

From all I have read in the papers and heard over the airwaves, we've already lost the match

That's promising. For once we're the underdogs.

I have a feeling we're gonna give Utd a torrid time tomorrow. I think Lpool are the first of the 'top' sides Utd have faced this season so this will be a big test for them. The stadium will be electric and Klopp will have the boys pumped . Looking forward to this one :)

You can never predict these games. Often when I was most concerned we got a good result. And vice versa.

I still hate their club and their manager.

    I pray we do well

There's been quite a bit of doom and gloom about the club after our rather so so start but I think we're a bit of that sleeping giant kind of thing right now tbh. Yeah Mane is out but we do have some depth in the squad this season and Klopp can replace Sadio with Phil Coutinho. A front three of Coutinho,Firmino,Salah aint too shabby. Utd's mf will be missing Pogba and Fellaini and as much as I don't rate him I think his aerial ability could cause us problems had he been available.
I think we're well capable of turning Utd over tomorrow. My biggest concern is not our def but rather any negative after effects following the international break. However, that should be similar for both clubs.

I'm worried about this game because if we don't when I think it will kill the confidence of this team. We've had trouble beating anyone and this will push us down further. On the other hand if finally get a little luck and our shots start hitting the back of the neck we'll all feel like we're right back in the thick of things.
Salah scored a big goal for Egypt, hopefully he'll score a few for us tomorrow.

You think Coutinho in his role last season? Or still in CM?

I'm getting up at 4 am for this... would love Wingtips' 3-2 to come true.

Wouldn't mind Can, Hendo, Gini in CM with Coutinho free creative role and Bobby and Mo running at United back line. Hard to see Ox deserving the start.

I wonder if Mourinho will bunker (ish) and launch long balls over CM, like last match at OT.

I think Phil will start on the left of a front 3. The most likely team is this:

    Mingolet
    TAA Matip Lovren Moreno
    Henderson
    Can Wijnaldum
    Salah Firmino Coutinho.

The line up doesn't look as nasty without Mane in there. Hopefully we knock a few in

Needed a stronger finish from Gini there, good skills from Salah.

Salah should have put the rebound in the bottom far corner.
