Have read that people are saying rest players here....I don't think resting is correct - but maybe a decent amount of rotation?

Lallana, Origi, and Gomez to start? Rest AA, Gini/Keita/Henderson (one of) and Salah?

Edit - forgot the forgotten man - Shaquiri

erm, rotation is the way you accomplish resting, no?

my guess is Klopp draws up his 11 vs Barca and works back from there,

I wouldn't make too many changes for Hudd.....
back 4 - Gomez at RB and Lovren to rest Matip
midfield - I think we'll see Hendo+Millie+Gini at Barca, so tomorrow it'd be Fab+Naby+(Hendo followed by Millie)
forwards - start the big 3, then once we get comfortable use Origi and Shaq.

sorry I should have been more specific - they wanted a cup team out there almost which isn't the best idea.

    keita doesn't need a rest.
I'd prob rest robertson, henderson and maybe Virgil if he felt he could use it?? Lovren, Gomez, matip should be capable of a combo good enough to do Huddersfield ....

I haven't given up on this yet. Leicester and Burnley have the capacity to be difficult for city to break, and given the stakes....

Burnley need at least 1 point to be safe from relegation.

i think they are safe, based on GD.

Cardiff City is on 31 pts, with a GD of -35. Burnley has 40 points with a GD of -18.

I've made time to watch today. No reason we shouldn't win and collect three points.

    Is there ?

We should feel confident about beating Huddersfield but just not take that win for granted. The team must continue to work hard , do the right things and make sure we take all three points, nothing else.

Having said that I'm positive City will approach all of their remaining matches the same.

Nice post. Sounds like you're almost convinced.

Sounds like something our yank pundit from NBCS would say. :)

Rumor that Bobby will miss out nursing a groin injury.

I'd start Gomez for Trent to get him 90, but other than that any team we put out should get the job done.

They gave him an OBE in 2017.....
why wait till a guy is 89 to do that??? ffs - it's not liek the whole country didn't know Ken Dodd's act since the Ark washed up on Ararat.....

Or to put it another way, why didn;t SAF have to wait till he was 89????

    just wondering, like....
