btw - last season's Liverpool likely wouldn't have pulled this off..... We would have scored a lot I believe - but even with VVD back there we would have let up goals. so apparently the purchase of Alisson has been well worth it. After all - the Napoli save is a massive reason why we are here.
Don't forget Alejandro Moreno hates Liverpool - he has a weird amount of say in that group. He's a douchebag. And Craig Burley is just a moron in general.
Yeah, that's why I wanted everyone to watch the day before episode before watching the post game one. Moreno is such a dickhead and he always has this smug look on his face. Like most Latinos, he has an obsession with La Liga and will shit on any English team when he gets the chance. Loved getting to watch him fake a smile while describing how great our comeback was. You know it killed him
You mean the ticket to the CL final match (Liv vs Spurs) in Madrid is 3K? whao! why so expensive Sir? mann.. unless that person is rich or single, if have a wife/husband/children, 3K for a soccer match is a no can't do, I'll pass.
oh ESPN, I don't like Alejandro Moreno, he just irk me for some reason. I actually like Craig. I like Gab Marcotti. I like that ex-GK Shaka Hislop, he funny, lol.
STFU. Burley is crap. I swear he's drunk when he's on talking about Liverpool. He's always been a hater.
I've never liked Burley either , actually that goes for most of the Espn crew and that includes Nichol . For an ex Red he far too often has a negative opinion on Lfc which is equally often proven to be wrong.
There's a supply/demand lecture available to some of our economically-challenged contributors, if needed.
It was apparent after the first leg that Liverpool always looked capable of scoring 4 goals, the doubt was as to whether they could keep a clean sheet. It doesn't matter how good your defence is Barcelona have the players to hurt any team on their day and it only takes a half chance. It's got to be one of the best matches I've ever seen in terms of drama and emotion and I'm a neutral besides supporting English teams in Europe. Liverpool fans must still be on cloud nine.
nice article this one ...... https://www.theringer.com/soccer/20...lona-champions-league-man-city-premier-league
