True that. Me and Joe Bewley were coming off the Kop to try and get out between the Kop and the Paddock, Kenny Dalgleish Stand now. When "Go back to Itally" started. One of the Itallian supporters yelled across from the Paddock "What are you singing?" He soon found out.
They say there were over 21,000 standing on the Kop that night, a record. It was so tight that a couple of times as the crown 'heaved' my feet were off the floor and I weighed 220 back then.
Fantastic night. Nice to see a repeat.
