So, after 15 minutes i came up with this logo.

You can make out the M and X in it - nothing too flashy or difficult. I also incorporated (very simplified) the Aztec Sun Calender with the X making up the beams of light.

Theres no excuse for what the ligaMX came up with, pathetic. Also, 50% is in the presentation - which they also failed hard.

There are many different ways that it could be presented, but I was just making a point.

Who knows how long the designer for that logo/s had. Those logos are a disgrace to design and everyone involved should be ashamed.

Is the Sigma supposed to be a M. And what's with the colors, I prefer the real one.

At least the website ligamx.net is a huge improvement over the FMF one... FMF's site is good enough for the NT's news and stuff... but for the league was too damn outdated looking.

Too cluttered still, IMO. Not very used friendly. Is there anything on the U-17 and U-20 leagues there?

Good point. How many top league websites have info on the lower divisions tho?

I'd expect this website to have info on the top two flights since that is their state goal of marketing.

I'm liking the website layout tho.

Decided I'm going to pay more attention to the Mexican league this season. Leon is going to be my team because they have awesome fans and a scrappy footie team

Looks better than the FMF site but it doesn't seem to be displaying properly on my browser - sides are cut off?

I use Chrome and I have no problems... the sides look that way cuz every "panel (I dunno if this word applies here but in Spanish would :p)" sort of works like a Rubik's cube.

    Yes Rubik's cube,

I am like, hey the top panel does not match the middle panel, then after matching top and middle panels, I find that there's a bottom panel and it does not match the one's on top..

If anything that proves that a basic stencil style logo could have been created by anyone and the one you created in this short amount of time shows how much work they put into it.

its pretty sad.....i bet the pendejos there ate up the story behind them.

"es que they symbolize simplicidad y elegancia....como la liga".....when the story was probably "I forgot bout the deadline and i though of some shit while i was eating and rolled with it."
