Terrible call. Worst still, likely we will have to play an out of form Bruno gaspar. I wouldnt even both, just play Ilori right back.

It's a joke. This league is a joke, this country if a joke. It's a laughing stock of Europe.
A report from France said that the French do not have any trust in the Portuguese legal system in regards to Rui Pinto case (the hacker).

Then there's that Victor Catao who went on CMTV last week and divulged the 3 requests by LFV which were to 1 - Put "Lapas" voice recorders in Porto's president's car 2 - To ensure Francisco Marques (Portos communication director) gets a beating but not to kill him, and 3 - To buy players and refs for Benfica to win games.

When you step back and look at this, one of two things should happen. Either this guy is lying and should be sued for defamation or he's right and LFV should be investigated, but as we all know everything pertaining to certain teams gets swept under the rug or as they like to call it "archived".

This is what our fans fail to see and we get fed up with results and then the train reaction begins. fire coach, fires president, fire coach, fire president, but players high, sell them low, etc...No stability.

Since we won our last title, how many different coaches and presidents have we had? I'm sure you'll quickly realize the answer is quite shocking.

    5 presidents
17 coaches, (not including Tiago fernandes who stepped in on interim basis this year)

I'm willing to bet we have a 6th president and at 18th coach in next 2 years and this will continue to go on until Portugal as a whole is cleaned up.

    Sorry, rant over!

Rant is legitimate. While we also constantly shoot ourselves in the foot, its embarassing what's happening between Benfica and Porto. It's Benfica now in the limelight, but make no mistake, Porto isn't trying to "clean up Portugal", they just want to usurp their influence.

100% They're just using everything to their advantage.
People look at me like I have two heads when I say "In Portugal, soccer games aren't won on the pitch"

Phellype is growing on me. Not cause of the goals he scored but because of the impact he has on the offense. With Bas Dost, the midfield and wingers have to do much of the work and cross the ball in to Dost. With Phellype, he holds the ball, makes passes and goes to the area. He's more engaged in the offense which provides more options whether it's an outlet pass to the wings or to an attacking midfielder. Just adds a different dynamic. Kind of reminds me of Liedson.

Bruno breaks Lampard's record for most goals by a midfielder with his 28th of the season. What a brilliant year he is having.

Wendel to miss tomorrows game. Keizer didnt explain why but it has to do with him flying to Italy to watch Juve vs Ajax without authorization.

Hey, at least its not partying and heavy drinking.
