The newcomers from the 2nd league are Unirea Alba Iulia, Astra Ploiesti and Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt. I'm surprised that Gaz Metan Medias (currenly my fav Romanian club, despite the rivalry to my birthtown Sibiu) is still in the league, since I thought they got relegated last season...

Unirea Alba Iulia - Poli 3-3. I've watched the game online. First time I see Unirea playing since '96. Crazy game. Poli played with a new central defender, Mera, that made a few big mistakes. Poli scored 2 nice goals from freekicks. I hope Unirea can keep on playing the same way, and stay in the first division.

Steaua - Dinamo 0-1 first half. Goalkeeper errors again for Steaua. Not looking good for Steaua so far. Horrible field on Ghencea!

 

Who was the GK for Steaua today? Tatarusanu or Zapata?

 

Tatarusanu played today. Steaua does not have a good goalkeeper, and that's gonna cost them. Both of them are shaky.

 

Derby away win for Dinamo at Ghencea. Brasov remain the leaders.
