I hope we're gonna see Lina in the German start formation in the Euros. She was really good in the SheBelieves Cup.

 

Rumors say her agent (who apparently is also Maro's) is behind her transfer as OL already signed Buchanan so they didn't really need another CB, even though a player of her caliber is always welcome in a top club her situation really looks one " a favor for a favor" between agent and club owner (Aulas) has it happens often in the men's wolrd..
Basically Maro's agent "helped" her client to choose OL over PSG even though Paris offer may have been better...in exchange (to "thank him") they signed another one of his players....I wonder how much his commission was?

nice to see Knaak & Elsig in the lineup, but we'll if they get any meaningful playing time, and they;ll still in a fight of their lives since previous regulars, Huth, Kemme, Magull & possibly Dallmann are resting. Guess, this is for their one & only confirmed friendly(before Euros). vs Canada. Though it is sort of an odd opponent, since you never know if their coach, Herdman, is going to bring a fresh batch of teenie poppers with him

 

It was only a matter of time, until Schult-Comedy would cost Wolfsburg dearly. She was even doing her best in this game to give Lyon the lead. Poor Fisher didn`t know what hit her I always knew she was on borrowed time, since that CL game vs Potsdam in 2014 and unfortunately there is no more Kessler or Muller to bail her out.
