I don't expect to see him getting any playing time for the first few matches but he'll be seeing quality minutes if Verona keeps getting clobbered like this.

Putting him on the last 10 with 4-0 down would've been a good time to do it, no pressure. Just to get a little feeling of it.

I'm surprised he even made the bench. He went from juvenile a to Serie a in one season. Things are looking much better even if he only made the Bench.

Every single player available for the club was on the bench.

Yay for Serie A without reserve teams/league. ;)
Anyways, he was never going to play in this game since his status was unknown til a day before. Doubt the manager & team in general prepared w/ Lee SW in mind vs Fiorentina.

Reading that Fares is day-to-day, he started at LW last match for Verona with Cerci being out for a few weeks and Verde shifting over to RW.

My guess is that they might start with their 4-3-3 with Kean, Pazzini and Verde, just based on their last match. That said, I think LSW will be the first option off the bench for either wing position. I think he'll get some game time this weekend.

And agreed, a move from Spanish Juvenil A to Serie A is a huge huge jump.

You'd have thought losing by three that he would but two subs and a red card now.

Verona is 3-0 down but made two subs and then got someone sent off. I think the answer is no. Hope LSW has a relegation clause..

I think Verona will go second to last in the table now, above only a team with zero points..

Learn tonight that LSW is a player of my city first team.
Really guys, he (his agent/Barca) choose a bad place to go. His only little chance to play will come if Pecchia will be sacked or try anything to avoid it.
None in this area know a thing about asian football/footballers and none will trust a young gifted asian player especially in this disastrous situation.

where's AmoebaCulture saying we should call LSW up :p

and people didn't believe me when I said he wouldn't play...

however, sources said his second option was Dinamo Zagreb in the Croatian League, if that was correct then it was the right move to give a top5 league a shot before going to somewhere like that.

overreact much? btw, sources say his "2nd option" wasn't Dinamo Zagreb. he never even considered it..

anyways, imo.... he has a good chance of making his debut on wednesday.

Well the same sources predicted Paik-girona, lsw-Hellas a month before they happened.

My point wasn't that he considered it, obviously he was going to go to any team in the top five that would take him. It's just that dinamo out of the list looked like the 2nd best choice..

No, they were all from difference sources. If you are referring to one Sport journalist.. he got most ... if not all of his "reporting" wrong.

As for other options for Lee SW.. based on various sources.. the other close contender for Lee SWs signature was Dijon from Ligue 1.

Anyways, been only 2 games. He joined at the very end of summer transfer window. You don't need to panic or "gloat" in your belief Lee SW doesn't have a chance w/ Hellas Verona or whatever after 2 games.

Probably because your posts/comments are full of "Lee SW isn't good enough for anything higher than Juvie A" or to some degree in that context.

    Not to mention..
again, been only 2 games... & that comes off as "gloating" to me.
