Just because they're "first world western European country", doesn't mean that people don't hold racial prejudice.
Not trying to go hard on you but do people actually think there's no racism or less racism in this part of the world? I'm just curious. I mean it's pretty common sense that there's racism everywhere all over the globe, like nobody have to state it. Like my reaction is no duh Einstein LOL.
I lived in Korea a little over 2 years on an assignment and in my experience Koreans most definitely have an air of racial superiority. Whites are tolerated much easier than blacks. I worked with a biracial (Korean/white) girl whose mother threw her out when she found out she was dating a (college educated, with a good job) black man. And they openly refer to blacks as 'kkamdoongi' which is in essence the N word.
? I mean regardless of who they vote for, it doesn't exempt them from racism. I mean they're notorious for having fascist tendencies.
the world is full of bigots.. it isn't just a problem in EU or whatever. a minority in American sports (or any minority in any country) face similar struggle as that of minorities playing football (soccer) in EU. anyways, props to Lee SW. http://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/...rd-racist-remarks-more-frequently-college-nba
Off course I know there is racism all over the world. But this guy had the nerves to say it on live TV. Which is implying that its no big deal in Italy. Or else he would have gotten the hammer already
one of the biggest newspaper in Italy reported & sounds like the guy is getting a "beating" by the press + fans. btw, it also happens frequently in american sports on TV. https://www.today.com/news/tennis-commentator-doug-adler-speaks-out-venus-williams-remark-i-t115506
this is the paper right? I can't seem to find anything. let me us know if you find anything. https://corrieredelveneto.corriere.it/sport/
Glad LSW isn't taking s***. I always laugh at white knights in America who say our country is the most racist country in the world. Not even close, in my opinion.
Damn even better response: More from Lee Seung-woo: "It was a sneaky, vulgar attack motivated not by my football performance, but by my belonging to a specific ethnic group. It's extremely denigrating and humiliating to me and to those in my native country, my people and my land."— Steve Han • 한만성 (@realstevescores) May 25, 2018
He has a good head in his shoulder and will represent us well. Just hoping his skills can propel him as well. He needs to improve a lot though.
so which is it? are people who complain about racism sjws or not? b/c you take both sides depending on who's doing to to who it seems
LOL at the same time no one bats an eye at the sharp increase in dog consumption in countries such as Switzerland. Good on LSW to take legal action. Silence can signal acceptance.
