No. Both haven't experienced first league football yet. IMO if we take anyone out of those 3, it should be LSW definitely.
PSH seems to be a solid player with good distribution but like mentioned above, he hasn't gone up against first league players. I view LSW as volatile and inconsistent but a small chance (hope) that he will pull something amazing out of his hat when given a chance.

whelp, sad part of LSW's game is how much slower he appears vs his competitors then when he was in his teens. He used to dribble past people with ease but he doesn't have the physicality or speed now to beat people - his passing is not his strength either.

This is one of my biggest gripes about him now. He still thinks he can outrun defenders and that is definitely not the case. He's agile so a touch or step to give him a yard of space to pass should be his first thought. He's not big enough to shield the ball effectively, nor does he have the spatial awareness that KSY has. The only time I think he should look to outrun a defender is when he is already on a sprint and the defender is just starting to commit.
