Lebanon, one of the last asian federations without an official website or official account on Facebook and Twitter. Why don't we open a thread for Lebanon few weeks before the 2018 WCQ

FIFA just add on its website the fixture and results of the ALFA Lebanese league 2014/2015 : http://fr.fifa.com/world-match-cent...anese-league-2000000170/matches/calendar.html

Latest controversy : some Lebanon U23 players was caught smoking the hookah in the hotel room following the games..
& the main stadium (Camille Chamoun stadium) won't be available in June because they are changing the pitch. but it's a good news : during the 2014WCQ South Korea and many other teams had trouble connecting their passes because of the pitch.

Will Lebanon be as good at home as they were in the 2014 qualifiers?

Well, I think so because the players of the last campaign are still there and some of them have made considerable progress but no one knows the real level of this team. the last game of the NT was in november, and the squad was a mix between the olympic team & the NT... & as for now, we don't know who will be the next coach!!!

You've better keep your goal keeper Hasan, Abbas or something like that. You goal keeper was good during the match vs Iran in Beirut.

Nothing it's clear as for now concerning the new coach. I think it will be Rasulovic!

    Hi Pelefan,
He is not. On his position, we have a lot of good and professional players (as Soony Saad, ex MLS & USA u17 / u20, Hassan Maatouk in the Gulf league).
But as a lot of lebanese in Germany, you keep an eye on him.

Yes I have heard about Saad during his time with the US national youth teams. He has quite a reputation in Michigan where I used to live and won many awards.

Abdel is still young, so he still might prove useful in the future.
