There's nothing more Barcelona than two Barca players down hurt next to each other both grabbing the general area where slight contact was made.
While going to Spain with a clean sheet would have been better obviously, a one goal advantage was always going to be too slim, in all likelyhood, at the Camp Nou. Chelsea will have to go for it regardless over there, while playing a superb game defensively as well.
Very costly mistake from Christensen, found himself out of position wide and inexplicably played an inacurate ball across his own box exposing his own gap, Azpil jumped in and missed so with only one CB easy peasy for Barca.

As a character Biscuits is a reprehensible Barca style cheat. However as an under-appreciated #6 (that is both him and the position being under-appreciated) he is pretty special. Fred shows why he is wanted. To get it up and down so close is pretty impressive. 966426345222877185 is not a valid tweet id

WH held for 30mins (with a couple of chances of their own to boot) but they end up behind, with Can opening the score.
It is a given that Ronaldo will fade one day for good (and perhaps sooner rather than later), but until it actually happens, it simply can not be assumed that he's done. He's got another brace today and has been absolutely on fire as of late (it's come at the right time for Real too, with their whole season still in the balance).

I'm kind of surprised no one has been in for him. He hasn't exactly lit it up, but he's been very solid in an uninspiring Stoke side.
Shaqiri is not superstar level, but he's definitely better than a lower Prem club as well. He did appear to coast and take it easy though, putting in great displays when he felt like it. If he can maintain some type of consistency, better clubs surely will come for him.
Shaqiri has always performed better when he's the go to guy on a team. He's not good enough to be that guy for a good team but he's definitely better than a Stoke level club. Somewhere like Everton or West Ham would be good for him.
