I wouldn't mind if Pirlo also departed. As he says, this is a running league.

Yep, need to walk away from Pirlo and go after someone else. De Rossi would be awesome but I'd prefer someone who we could sign in January so he may be out as he's a legend at Roma and I can't see them letting him go in January. Ideally I'd want the next 2 DP's to come in at the beginning so they can be integrated into the squad properly.

Sorry DK &DG but I like Pirlo . He found his grove as of late & he was missed badly in the first play-off game.

Fios he was absolutely destroyed in that second game though. If you close him down and play physical with him you can make him a non entity. Also I don't know how many times I've seen him call for the ball around the box AND get it to not shoot and lose possession. I like him more than Lamps but he simply doesn't work in Vieira's system and I rather have a player you don't have to adjust your lineup to.

Good for him, I hope he does well although I can't see him staying very healthy in this league. It would be hilarious though if he went to Orlando. He may well cost Kreis his job twice!!! lol

Ehh he was gone anyway, would have preferred to have him on the roster for the expansion draft as you could use him to "shield" other more valuable players. The team certainly has some flexibility now with all these players leaving or retiring. I'm pretty psyched about this off season with Vieira having a system in place and currently in Manchester talking to Man City's scouting department I'm hoping we sign some good young players to the team.
