Taking size orders now. Cost :: only $15 Sizes :: Adults generic sizes S - however big you need it. Kids :: hopefully youth med and large with a kids cost of $10 (but that's not set in stone yet) I was looking at a breakdown of :: 15YM, 15YL, 30 S, 30 M, 25 L, 15 XL This will obviously change depending on how many are claimed for each size. Please let me know your size via here or a PM if you don't want everyone to know your size. The design? Grey with the logo on the front. Generic? A bit, but I went with grey because white is not good in the summer with sweating and green doesn't look good with the logo. Plus, you know, army grey. I haven't placed the order yet but I just want a rough count of how many.
Both? haha It's generic mens sizes. I don't know. I usually wear a S in men's stuff. When I find the brand I will post it so you may have something in that brand and can size accordingly.
Can you please post a pic as to what they look like? I hope they have the full Joan of Arc logo on the front unlike the new Athletica jerseys this year which only have little Joan of Arc logo on the upper left side.
They're "Laclede's Army shirts" (thread title) - I assume "the logo" refers to the LA logo (roka's avatar), not the Athletica logo.
I don't have a picture yet because I haven't ordered them yet. The purpose of the thread was simply for me to get an estimate of what sizes to order. I have never ordered a large quantity of shirts before and would like an idea of how many of each size to get. I know people are looking at this thread so why is noone posting their shirt sizes? I know the army will buy more than 1 shirt. When you give me your size I will hold a shirt of that size for you. If you don't and we run out of that size you will be kind of out of luck. So far we need 2 smalls and an xl. It's gonna be a small order.
I got season tickets and paid part now and the rest is due before February 15th. I thought I'd go ahead and do the deal on your site where if I pay $115 total then I get the free stuff you mention there. I didn't know about that till now so that's why I didn't sign up directly with you. BTW, I'm an XL.
So, here is the breakdown of what we ended up with. Shirts will be available in white or grey. I had the option so now you do to. Youth sizes are $13 Adult sizes are $15 2XL are $16 I had to go through a different place so the prices went up a bit. But I'm going through a local family now so that makes me happy and that I know he won't rip me off. I should hopefully have them in about 2-3 weeks. I will call a quick meeting as soon as I get them so we can hand some out. I'll make sure there is some of each color and size at the games. We're going to have a lot to carry in the staduim..
Shirts are done!! I will have them either tomorrow or Monday. We will have to find a time and place to meet up so everyone can get theirs as a warm-up for the season!!
These are for the army..hence the Army logo...plus you can't make T-shirts are anything else with a trademarked logo like Joan.
Yeah that's what I thought too but I thought maybe Liz got permission from the Athletica or whoever has the rights to the logo but I guess not.
Laclede's Army operates independently of the team and that's the way rokagrl set it up. She (and I think everyone else in the group) didn't want the team running the supporters group. Laclede's Army and Athletica do work together on some things, like trying to get discounts for members on tickets and stuff like that and hopefully we will work together even better in the future. I think the Laclede's Army logo is good, too. It's stays with the same theme as Athletica's Joan of Arc, but it is distinctly different and not just a blatant ripoff. It mirrors the supporters' group relationship with the team. We work with Athletica and support the team however possible, but we don't work for the team. Well, actually Liz did as an intern for awhile, but that was ages ago.
