and this is why Busi as a CB is a bad idea ... he is just too slow to play there .. 2-1

If you follow Lucho's formation this whole season, you will come up with the conclusion that he is using outdated formation from the late 50s developed by the Hungarians 4-2-4 that can turn into 4-3-3 off the ball. A curved line in the front and another curved line in the back. the ball keeps circulating from the sides, not the midfield. Because of a weak middle, much of the defending will be left to the back four. The defenders should look to passing the ball as quick as possible to the RB/LB or forwards to exploit their numeric advantage.

This formation evolved into the 4-3-3 with more emphasis on the midfield.

You know Lucho (currently) is an clueless idiot so what you except, no one understands his rotation policy except for him or his dog that most likely picks out the starting lineups.

Who else would play a DM as CB and a CB as RB while resting Craperto and Pique.. I guess he has a divine master plan and were too stupid to understand.

the thing is even if you rest players ... we have plenty of good decent players from Barca B who can play in those positions ( was really impressed with Marlon and have not seen any RB from barca B yet ) but our genius coach would rather play someone out of position than bring someone from there :cautious:

I dunno. Midweek against one of the bottom 3 teams. Not too surprising that they would draw about 10,000 less than a normal CL group-stage match.

    Nice to see Paco score.
Good offensive effort, even if it's only Sporting. If they hadn't sacked Abelardo, I'd say go easy on them.

It's not the one match; it's the three lines I showed -- the last three in the list. The fact that when you look at that long list, it looks like tapering as the season goes on. A Wednesday night match against Atletico in September drew 89k; a Wednesday night match against Atletico (and a semi-final at that) in February drew 68k.

I hope we come out offensively effective against. PSG. Shame we'd still be out with this scoreline.
