Ronaldo has absolutely slaughtered Bayern these past years, hatrick or no hatrick. He’s turned a mammoth European rivalry into some sort of second tier domestic derby.
Barca apparently willing to listen to offers around 100 ME for Coutinho. Let's see whether anyone in PL would be dumb enough to offer anything close.
They would be taking a huge loss. Don't even try to explain this by talking about saving money on wages. No way to beautify this.
I actually think that Coutinho is a very good player despite his poor performances this season, and given his age its not far fetched that someone would offer that for him, his contract seems long too.
Same could be said for Sterling and Aguero and plenty other City players. I really wonder what Pep is injecting them with over there.
1109203646171017217 is not a valid tweet id Ronaldo signing a real madrid shirt in his name for a kid and proceeds to jokily ask: "Don't you have one for Juve?" lol
It’s because he’s being played out of position wide right in a 4-4-2 while his best role is either RCM or LCM in a 4-3-3 like plays for City. He had the same problem at the World Cup and Santos only played him in his proper role towards the end of the game against Uruguay where they were chasing an equaliser. I’d say the coach’s tactics play a tiny role in his weaker performances.
Sterling hattrick against Czech Republic. He has really taken that step to become a world class player this season. Justifying the expectations put on him during his debut season at Liverpool.
England has a good team of youngsters now. Sterling.. Sancho, Alli + Kane is a pretty dangerous forward line. This new manager is also doing good things for them.
Then people will be saying he isn't that good or that they don't know what he brings. Amazes me we have Kroos who doesn't have to score or assist, plays unmotivated with many poor turnovers and little defensive cover and he's relentlessly defended.... ...yet Eriksen and Pogba have been mocked on here as lesser than and they have to average a goal or assist a game plus dominate midfields solo to be deemed worthy.
Kroos hasn't been good enough to start for Madrid for almost 2 years now. This forum can sometimes live in a bubble when it comes to the perception of certain players.
I'm living in a bubble where people praise Pogba for being a World Cup winner while slandering a world cup+5 time CL winner, feeling clever about saying "but he only passes it sideways and he's lazy".
this is his first game since the world cup, he needs to jell with the new members and learn their style, he cant be expected to show up and expecting everything to go his way he needs to spend more time with the team than ever before, his no longer the young player he was and where is Aguero, Dimaria, Dybala, etc Argentina keeps playing the wrong players all the time
