Guillermo Rivera @FireConf 46s47 seconds ago Numerous reports in Poland claim Blaszczykowski has declined offers from MLS/China/Japan. Wants to stay in Europe. Long way to go... #cf97
Agree w/most of this. I'm sure Kuba has good speed. But he doesn't have blazing speed and neither does anyone else on the roster. Accam's pace adds another dimension to the Fire's attack.
Most reports indicated an immediate signing. This doesn't mean it's dead, just might take longer than originally thought.
All we need to do is send them this: What a ball by man bun to create a goal and we just cant send them this
What would you do if you saw Harrington at menards? I would grab un peeled banana and throw them at him yelling that when a guy is a two feet away you step to him.
No need for a banana, there are thousands of products that could create a "slippery" situation. Of course, that would open up Menards to a negligence lawsuit by Harrington...and that would not be good for anyone.
Considering he'd be in the bargain bin all the way in the back in the far corner, I probably wouldn't even know he was at Menards.
The rumor I heard from some poles in the know tonight is that Kuba will come after he makes the WC team next year, assuming the Poles continue their quality qualifying campaign.
Perhaps we could persuade Grosicki to come instead. He's not in the same ballpark as Błaszczykowski but he's still very good.
It's going to take time for it to change. It would be an unnecessary risk for Kuba. Don't really have a beef with it, if this is the reason.
