I ran out of ideas. Btw, I based the selections on current form (as of April 09, 2016).

Too offensive for me. And no Koo is a no-go.
CDM and RB make me headaches...
    My suggestion:

    Suk Hyun Jun
Kwon Chang Hoon---------Koo Ja Cheol------------Lee Jae Sung

    Ki Sung Yeung-------Jung Woo Young
    Yun Suk Young------Kim Ki Hee---------------Hong Jeong Ho------Jang Hyun-Soo
    Kim Seung Gyu

who's seen YSY play in the last year well enough to put him in the XI?

did lee yong drop out of consideration for NT because he's at sangju?

i like how stielke has used different tactical looks unlike HMB.

it's frustrating how KJC can't slot in as KSY's MF partner. KJC can run around aimlessly for a tackle like HKY, while offering more in attack. it seems like KJC gets into advanced positions too naturally for him to play deep though. kind of a RM problem right now with casemiro needed for defensive balance but would force modric, kroos, or james out of the lineup.

Is Koo a good enough defender to be positioned next to the Swansea midfielder many BSK members describe as being more effective when relieved of defensive duties? Not that HKY or JWY is much better at filling that CDM role....

Yeah I thought about this also. That's why I had him in my first XI. He did start in Stielike's first match with KNT vs. Paraguay. Perhaps people have that Algeria match in mind when thinking about Lee Yong.

Not really tbh. Just needed a LB, and Hong Chul (my first choice) is injured, not sure about other K-league LBs like the one that plays in Jeonbuk. Park Joo Ho and Kim Jin Su should be nowhere near the NT if they continue their PT-less form.

I also wrote YSY only because of his playing time. But the Charlton fans seeem to like him, so I trusted that. Anyway, KJS and PJH are out of form and we have not many alternatives (as chook90 said Hong Chul is out for a long time because of injury).

And I agree that a central midfield with Ki and Koo wouldn't work defensively. Koo is best as second striker and in his actual form, he's probably our best player at the moment (together with Gwon maybe).

He had a major hiccup in Brazil, but he's still the best RB option imo, and he's been playing fine to which I am still scratching my head as to why Kim Chang-soo is still getting selected. As for Oh Jae-seok, it was a very unfortunate timing to end up with an injury when he's finally been selected to the Senior team, so it's a bit foolish to put him aside when he hasn't even shown his potential as of yet. Jang Hyun-soo is only a temp in which I don't see him at RB for very long.

He's back. Started last weekend & picked up a lucky "assist".

But he's a mid/winger these days with Charlton & he plays for a club on course to get relegated to league one.

And not likely to play much more, between Charlton's move to proper attackers over YSY and likelihood of relegation to evaluate players for next season.
