just like asamoah gyan, vladimir weiss is wasting his time and talent in the middle east. however, i don't blame gyan for playing in the middle east. the dude makes $250,000 a week.
not something official and not 250k, but still a lot. this was in 2012 http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/538520404514164338/E06231A4B31289B16827E18EE9D45CC527CC0A4F/
Former Suwon centre back Lee Jung-soo (now 35) scored a controversial goal for Al Sadd. What do you think? Was a goal?? 0:51
It's nice to play in Qatar at the of age 35 and to be an important man for a top club like Sadd. Do you think he will remain or will be replaced with another foreigner?
from the replay, it looks like the ball crossed the line. I would say it was a goal. He also gets to enjoy the warm weather. I mentioned before on this thread that for the time being, Middle-eastern clubs can offer what K-league clubs can't. Hilal fans' reception to Kwak's return from AC2015 was impressive (though it could have been a temporary thing). I may be sarcastic to a degree. Anyways, to answer your question: I think he will stay until his contract ends. There is a possibility of a lower to mid table Chinese or Qatari club employing him.
Sorry, I do not know. He might not even have the more common contract where a player is bound to a club for a number of seasons. Perhaps he has an indefinite contract that ends when he retires.

Jassim al Romaihi: Nadir Belhadj, Lee Jung Soo and Muriqui will all continue with the club next season. #alsadd— Al Sadd SC English (@AlSadd_en) May 28, 2015 More money for the veteran centre-back at Al Sadd. Seems the former Bundesliga champ, Grafite will make way for Xavi.
Another player in China? Rumours in China suggest that Shanghai Shenhua want to replace Tim Cahill with South Korea's Nam Tae-hee.— John Duerden (@JohnnyDuerden) June 19, 2015 The agent of Nam, who plays in Qatar for Lekhwiya, says there is no truth to the reports.— John Duerden (@JohnnyDuerden) June 19, 2015
Fvck!!! why cant they just leave our players alone. They can have the older players who have no contention for the NT and can use the retirement money.
You know they wont stop. Two teams just spent 10 mill Euros and 9.3 mill Euros for CHINESE players!!!! It is literally like money is not a freaken object. They can easily acquire any Korean players in the K league if they want. Its disgusting!
