    Korean football streaming guide

    [IMG] [IMG]

Hey guys, i thought I'll make a guide on how you can watch Korean football (KNT,K-league, ACL matches) in high quality.

    SoftEther VPNgate
    • Find a server from "Korea Republic" [IMG]
    • Just simply click on it and it should connect! :)

Daum PotPlayer (K-league and KNT matches)

    • Download http://get.daum.net/PotPlayer/v2/PotPlayerSetup.exe
    • Once you have finish installing it, open it up and on the side of the player, it has the event details for that day.[IMG]
    • Just simply click on (i'm guessing you guys already know the Korean spelling of the teams)
    • enjoy the 720p HD quality :)

Naver Sports (K-league, KNT and maybe ACL matches?)

    Afreeca TV (K-league, ACL, KNT)

    • On the right hand side, it has the streams currently streaming, scroll down a bit and it should say K-league, ACL or KNT etc etc. Same thing applies here, simply click on it and it should load [IMG]
    • Enjoy

Spotv (K-league matches and you don't need VPN)

    • Sometimes they stream K-league matches on their YouTube channel, when there is a live stream is on, simply go to that link and find the K-league stream, pretty easy.

Hope you guys get something out of it, there are some high quality streams out there!

Big up for posting this! Do you know offhand if some of this is applicable just in Korea? Sometimes I've tried to access games using certain Korean media sites last season and it would say 'streaming only available in Korea.' Hope this is doable in the US -- One World Sports has ditched airing KLeague games this season (and suddenly without warning and no explanation stopped airing Kleague games in the middle of last season).

Install that VPN Software that I have linked on the top of the page. Then it should be fine to watch it.

    Daum Update

Daum have released an update to their website so that you can be able to watch 720p HD streams, without having to use Daum PotPlayer.

    How to watch
    • go here http://sports.media.daum.net/sports/
    • When the match is being broadcast, you will see on the top of the page a "live match tracker" find the K-league/KNT matches. [IMG]
    • After that it should redirect you to a page similar to this.[IMG]
    • The red highlighted circle is what you click on to watch the stream. After that it will download a plugin (which you need) to watch the live stream, then you are all good to go

My streams are too choppy. Even when I pick the server with the highest line speed. Are there any ways around this?

What one are you using? Naver, Daum or Afreeca?

Have you tried picking the server with the lowest ping?

Daum Potplayer is too choppy for me, but didn't know Daum allowed you to stream on their site now. Will look into that for the Uruguay friendly. Thanks!

Yeah, their site is easier to use.

To find a good host, just look for one with a low latency/ping and a fast download speed. Then go to speedtest.net to test how fast it is for you (click on the Korean speedtest server). If you get 2mbps or more, its fine to stream 720p HD from Daum

EDIT: i just connected to a Korean VPN and did a speedtest to a Korean server.

Yes, I tried from there, but they ask something to contact them. "contact us" if Google translate is right. I don't know what to put there.
