How does the South Korean draft system works? I know that players from the university league ,national league and K3 can apply to participate in the draft, normally a lot of players try to participate in the draft but only a few are picked, how does this works? I mean does all players apply for a spot in the draft at the begnning of the season so they are scout by the teams during the year or they just apply at the end of the year and the famous players or players that caught the attention of a k-league club are chosen? About the contracts whats the difference between the first choice and the other ones? Thanks
