This is just a late comment but for what is worth...Damm is a big deal academy in the Barcelona. Most of their players go pro too. And, Damm is also the reason why Barcelona stop having a Barcelona C team (they got sick of losing the finals against Damm). There are so many of these academies in Spain but I think it's important to learn about them because that is where the top teams go to scout talent or is where they place players they are interested in but may not fit a team's plan on a particular season. Sant Gabriel, Sant Andreu, Badalona, Kelme, and so on Not just the top teams in Spain go there to scout talent. Teams from the UK, France, etc
Damm would always beat Barcelona C on the league so they could never get the title. After many years, FC Barcelona simply stopped their C team program (Senior post Academy program). Now it's only B and Main Squad. This is old history My point really was that we need to become more familiar with development teams in Europe that feed the bigger budget clubs. Not just Spain but others countries as well.
Konrad scored in last week's Juvenil B game. All signs still are pointing toward a move to Juvenil A next year, but I am not the most Masia knowledgeable person.

Must be a rough day to be Noah Leeds, he's no longer the youngest American to play in the highest youth level in Spain, Juvenile A...

They're accelerating his move up. That is a very good sign, and I believe he's going to be one of their key players next campaign.
He’ll be 17 next season. Let’s hope he can handle it cuz if he has the same type of production and results, he will really put himself on their radar

Konrad has a brace after 7 minutes. Juvenil B leads 2-0 against Badalona (Konrad x2), which means that if the team wins the match, they will become the league champions. #FCBMasia— La Masia (@Youngcules) May 6, 2018
Don't know the answer to this but wondering someone does: Has there ever been an American who played for a second team in the second division of a top 5 country (probably can only have happened in Spain or Germany)?
https://www.sport.es/es/noticias/futbol-base/konrad-fuente-miami-camp-nou-6802093 It states in this article that his parents are from Haiti.

Anyone have a sense of what the average club outcome is like for a 17-19yr who was part of Juvenil A at La Masia? Barcelona will only take a small % of these players into the first team, but I’m wondering if most of the others who don’t make the cut end up in one of the top 4 Leagues. Or do many of these players not pan out at all just like any other academy?
