Born in July 2001 (13 years of age at the moment) and currently plays for FCB Infantil B. He was born in Miami and plays forward. http://castroquini.net46.net/index....ativo/540-infantil-b-konrad-de-la-fuente.html http://www.fcbarcelona.es/futbol/formativo/detalle/ficha/fc-barcelona-infantil-b
Nice find. He seems to have scored a goal in some kind of cup last year: http://www.mundodeportivo.com/20131...a-bernabe-promesas-barcelona_54392323820.html "Damm" (as it says on the profile page you linked) is apparently a local youth club. Probably this organization: http://www.cfdamm.cat/
(x-posted from YNT): Yes, he played for FC Damm prior to joining up with Barca this year, and before that he played for CE Tecnofútbol where he tore it up (these are all youth clubs in the greater Barcelona area; I think Damm is sponsored by Damm, the brewer of the ubiquitous Estrella Damm in Barcelona). He's a right footed forward that plays on the right side of the typical Barca front 3. Adrià Bernabé (Espanyol), Miguel Angel Ramírez (Betis), Miguel Vega (EF Alboraya), Nico González (Montañeros) y Nils Mortimer (Málaga) are the guys he came in with. Other than Konrad, I've heard people excited about Bernabe (I think correct name is Adrian, even though Adria is a bastante common name). He's playing Infantil B, the same squad as Take who is one of the youth players at the heart of the recent controversy (and incidentally Take is pretty well regarded).
One of the kids (not the Asian, that's Kubo) is De La Fuente. 452861253753778176 is not a valid tweet id

It sounds like he's been in Spain for a while so I think it's safe to assume he does. Perhaps his parents actually did move to Spain for non-football reasons as a child.

http://www.mundodeportivo.com/futbo...3/20207453864/de-miami-a-sant-joan-despi.html "From Miami to Sant Joan Despi" Very nice piece about Konrad's development last year, how he started off alternating starting and sub appearances, and ended up being one of the three key figures on the team. Konrad was born in Miami in 2001, son of Conrad (heh) and Jen, they lived in Miami until they moved to Spain four years ago. In Catalunya he went from Tecnofutbol to Damm to Infantil B.
This was the view of Jaume Marcet, a journalist for Barca TV. This guy was just tweeting out Marcet's opinion. 604046203341389824 is not a valid tweet id 604039435525689344 is not a valid tweet id
